What is the best time of day to train? Whatever works best for you!
The best time of the day to exercise is the time that you will actually do it and commit to it.
If you try and force yourself to go to the gym at a time of day you’re not happy with, you will find yourself not going after the first few sessions. So why not pick a time of day that suits you?
If you’re a morning person like me, training in the morning would suit you best. I know if I leave my training until after work, I will come up with excuse after excuse as to why I can't make it in the afternoon.
However, I know other people struggle to get out of the bed in the morning, but have are a ball of energy in the afternoon. It’s all about finding what works best for you!
